Rubber body threaded inserts.
Well nuts, rub nuts or sometimes known as rawl nuts are a rubber body nutsert with a captive brass nut inside, great for numerous applications especially when seeking to isolate shock or vibration.
They work on virtually any material including glass, creating an ideal seal against air, moisture and vibration.
Well nuts do not require any special tools and installation is easy; > place well nut in a pre-drilled hole with the flange part on top of the mounted material and the body on the blind side. > Ensure you have the right machine or socket
screw to attach component and pull up the well nut. > using a screw driver fasten the required attachment until the well nut's rubber body expands on the blind side of material. > Done.
