A Tri Folding Aluminium Standard Rivet
Aluminum tri-fold rivets are designed for the assembly of soft brittle or thin materials such as fiberglass, sheet metal, composite material etc. Tri-fold rivets help reduce cracking of the parent material and compensate for irregular or oversized holes with great clamping power.
The rivet forms a tri-fold propeller formation upon application on the blind side providing excellent clamping force.
Rivets are a low cost, tamper proof and uniformly set fastener that won't torque out like a threaded fastener.
