A Weather Proof Standard Rivet
Sealed rivets are essentially a blind rivet with a sealed or closed end, making them ideal when seeking a weather proof solution. Useful in numerous applications where access may be an issue, a sealed rivet is simple to install. It joins material by pulling the mandrel head into the body and the expanding body locks the material together.
Rivets are a low cost, tamper proof and uniformly set fastener that won't torque out like a screw.
Sealed rivets have complete mandrel retention ensuring better clamping strength compared to standard open end rivets but not better than multi grip rivets or Huck structural rivets.
