General purpose adhesive and joint sealant that cures to a rubber seal
New to Aerobolt. Bond-Seal is a high quality multi-purpose elastic adhesive and joint sealant based on MS Polymer® (MSP or SMP) technology that works well in both industrial and construction applications.
Bond-Seal cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a permanent durable flexible rubber seal which can absorb some vibration and is paintable.

Bond Seal Features
- Excellent adhesion on nearly all surfaces, even if slightly moist.
- Very good shear and tensile strength.
- High elasticity – movement accomodation up to ±20%
- Easy to apply, good extrudability even at low temperatures
- Impervious to mould, contains Carbendazym (biocide with fungicidal action)
- Non staining including hydrophobic.
- No bubble formation within sealant in high temperature/humid areas.
- Good colour stability, weather and UV resistance
- Free of isocyanates, solvents, halogens and acids
- Can be painted with water based systems
