DELIVERY

How much is delivery?

That depends on a number of variables.  We will contact you with a delivery estimate.

Can I pick up?

Yes, you can.  We are at Unit 12, No. 2 Barry Road, Chipping Norton, NSW, 2170.  Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.00 to 5.00, Friday, 8.00 to 4.00.

Who will deliver my order?

Depending on the order, in metropolitan Sydney it will be either Couriers Please or ourselves, interstate or intrastate it will be via TNT.  Internationally we have a number of options and is subject to quantities for determination of carrier.

When will I receive my order?

Goods in stock are despatched daily.

PAYMENT

How do I pay for goods?

Aerobolt accepts payment via Visa or Mastercard.  Alternatively you can pay via EFT.

Can you help me select the correct fastener for my application?

Yes, we have a technically strong sales team who can assist in finding the right fastener for your application.

CERTIFICATION AND STANDARDS

Are Huck fasteners certified?

All Huck fasteners meet the requirements of AS9100, ISO9001, TSI16949 and ISO14001.

Do your other products meet Australian or international standards?

All of Aerobolt's suppliers meet Australian and/or international standards.  Aerobolt only deals with manufacturers that are accredited, have a commitment to quality and can provide certificates of performance.
